Your intake team tracks each referral from first enquiry to first shift. Capture NDIS and plan details, nominees, preferences, risk flags and documents once, and every roster, note and invoice uses the same record.

What changes for you
No referral falls through
Every enquiry sits in a pipeline with an owner and a next step, so you can see which referrals are waiting and why.
One record, entered once
NDIS number, plan, contacts, preferences and risks are captured at intake and used by rostering, notes, billing and reporting.
Risks known before the first shift
Risk flags, behaviour support needs and medical alerts are visible to every worker rostered to the participant, from their first shift.

- Stages and owners you can configure
- Reminders when a referral stalls
- Converts to a participant record without re-entry

Can we import our existing participants?
Yes. Participants, contacts and plan details can be imported from a spreadsheet during setup, and our team helps map fields from your current system.
Who can see sensitive participant information?
Access is role-based. Workers see what they need for their shifts, and sensitive documents can be restricted to named roles. Every view and change is logged.
Do you support non-NDIS clients?
Yes. Private and other funded clients use the same record, with the funding source set on their plan budget instead of an NDIS plan.
