What changes for you
Every house at a glance
Houses, rooms, residents, staff on shift and open issues in one view, so house managers and operations leads work from the same picture.
SIL quotes that match the roster
The roster of care drives the SIL quote, so what you quote, what you roster and what you claim stay in line.
Vacancies filled sooner
Vacant rooms, upcoming moves and matched referrals are tracked in one place, so empty beds are visible to the people who can fill them.
From vacancy to supported home
- Step 1Vacancy listed
The room, house profile and resident mix are published to your intake team.
- Step 2Referral matched
Referrals are assessed for support needs, compatibility and funding.
- Step 3Roster of care built
Shared and individual hours are set for the house with the new resident.
- Step 4SIL quoted
The quote is produced from the roster of care at current price limits.
- Step 5Move-in and staffing
House shifts are generated and filled; the resident moves in.

One roster of care drives the quote, the roster and the claim
The roster of care sets out how many workers support the house at each time of day and which hours are shared or 1:1 for each resident. CompanionAxis uses it to produce the SIL quote, to generate the house roster and to check claims against what was quoted, so drift between the three shows up early.
- Shared and individual hours by resident
- Sleepovers and active nights built in
- Quote produced at current price limits
- Rostered and claimed hours compared to the quote

Can we quote SIL directly from the roster of care?
Yes. The roster of care is priced at the current price limits for each support item and split by resident, giving you a quote you can export for submission and turn into a service agreement.
Do you handle SDA as well as SIL?
You can record SDA tenancy, design category and dwelling details alongside SIL supports for the same house, and track MTA and STA stays separately.
How do house managers see only their homes?
Access is set by house, so a house manager or team leader sees the residents, roster and records for their homes only, while operations leads see across houses.
