Get new support workers rostered sooner
Job ads, applicants, interviews, offers and digital onboarding in one pipeline.
You fill shifts with workers who are ready on day one. Advertise the role, move applicants through your pipeline, send the offer and contract, and collect identity, bank, tax, super and credential documents through a digital onboarding pack, so the worker is checked and inducted before their first shift.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Fewer days from offer to first shift
Onboarding packs are completed on the worker’s phone, so documents and checks don’t wait on paper forms.
Nobody rostered before they are cleared
Required screening, credentials and induction must be complete before a worker can be rostered.
One view of every applicant
Coordinators and managers see where each applicant is, who interviewed them and what is outstanding.
