For finance and billing teams

Get claims paid first time and close the month on time

Every delivered shift becomes a correct claim, invoice and timesheet.

You claim from what was delivered, not from what was rostered. Shifts become support items at the current NDIS Pricing Schedule limits, NDIA-managed participants go in the bulk payment request file and others are invoiced, remittances are reconciled, and SCHADS-aware timesheets export to payroll.

What changes for you

Fewer rejected claims

Support items, price limits, plan dates and budgets are checked before the file is built, so errors are fixed first.

Remittances reconciled

Upload the remittance and paid, part-paid and rejected lines are matched to each claim.

Payroll right first time

SCHADS rules applied to approved timesheets before export to Xero or MYOB payroll.

What it looks like day to day the people, places and moments this is built for.

The problem

What gets in the way today

Claims built in spreadsheets

Delivered hours are copied from rosters into bulk upload files by hand.

Rejections repeat

The same errors in plan dates, support items and budgets cause rejections run after run.

SCHADS is complex

Penalty rates, broken shifts, sleepovers and allowances are calculated by hand.

Questions buyers ask

Do you submit claims directly to the NDIA?

Today CompanionAxis builds the bulk payment request file for upload through the my NDIS provider portal and reconciles the remittance. Direct API claiming is coming soon.

Which accounting systems do you connect to?

Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, for invoices, payments and payroll export.

How are pricing and award changes handled?

Since 1 July 2026 the NDIS Pricing Schedule and NDIS Support Catalogue set price limits. We update the catalogue when they change, including the price rises that match the SCHADS Schedule E wage increases from 1 December 2026, and check your service prices against the new limits.
