Build the system NDIS providers run on
Your work will be used every day by the people who roster, support and claim for NDIS participants.
We build CompanionAxis for disability support providers who cannot afford software that gets in the way of care. If you like real problems, close contact with the people who use what you make, and being trusted with ownership, you’ll fit in.
How we work
Every screen we build touches someone’s life. We design for participants’ dignity, privacy and right to choose how they are supported.
We say exactly what the product does, and we mark what is coming soon as coming soon.
Participant records are sensitive. Security and privacy are part of everyone’s job, not one team’s.
We give clear feedback, help each other and respect people’s time, inside the team and with customers.
Teams we hire for
Build and run the platform: rostering, the support worker app, NDIS claiming, integrations with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, and the infrastructure under them.
Turn what happens on a shift, in a SIL house or at month-end claiming into screens that are fast and hard to get wrong.
Set providers up, migrate their participants, rosters and plans, and stay with them until CompanionAxis is part of their day.
Be the voice providers trust when something goes wrong, and feed what you learn back into the product.
Help provider owners and directors see what CompanionAxis can do for them, and build relationships with plan managers, support coordinators and other partners.
Keep the product aligned with the Practice Standards, the NDIS Pricing Schedule and Support Catalogue, and good practice in behaviour support, medication and high-intensity supports.
