Run every SIL house to its Roster of Care
Shared shifts, sleepovers, medication and claims kept on one record per house and per participant.
You staff each house to its agreed ratios and claim what each participant’s plan funds. Rosters of care set the shared and one-to-one hours, the roster fills against them, and shift notes, eMAR and incidents feed the same participant record that billing reads.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Every house staffed to its ratios
Shared and one-to-one hours from each Roster of Care drive the roster, so gaps show before the shift, not after a missed sleepover.
Shared support split correctly
Shared hours are divided across the residents present on each shift and claimed against each participant’s plan, so no one is over- or under-billed.
Ready for SIL registration audits
SIL providers must be registered from 1 July 2026. Medication, incidents, restrictive practices and shift notes sit with the house and the participant, so evidence for the SIL Practice Standards is already filed.
What it looks like day to day the people, places and moments this is built for.
What gets in the way today
Dividing shared hours across residents by hand leads to claiming errors and awkward plan reconciliations.
Sleepovers, active nights and disturbances are recorded on paper, so pay and claims both drift.
Medication charts, behaviour support plans and incident forms live in house binders that head office cannot see.
House managers run the house, not the paperwork
- Open shifts for the week visible against each Roster of Care
- Sleepover disturbances recorded once, for pay and for the claim
- Medication rounds signed on the phone, not a paper chart
- Restrictive practice use ready to report
- Vacancies and SDA details listed for every house

Does it help with mandatory SIL registration?
Yes. From 1 July 2026 SIL providers must be registered with the NDIS Commission. The compliance hub maps your evidence to the Practice Standards that apply, including the SIL standards, so you can prepare for audit from the records you already keep. Registration and audit remain your own.
Does it handle sleepovers and active nights under SCHADS?
Yes. Sleepovers and active nights are separate shift types, disturbance time is recorded on the shift, and timesheets apply your SCHADS rules before payroll export.
