Your team will spend less time on paperwork
An assistant designed to draft notes, check quality and flag problems for a person to approve.
Axis AI will turn a support worker’s voice memo or dot points into a progress note, check notes before they are filed, and prepare suggestions for incidents, rosters, claims and budgets. Every suggestion waits for a person with the right role to accept, edit or reject it.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What it will change for you
Shift notes written in minutes
Support workers will speak or jot dot points at the end of a shift and get a structured progress note to check and sign, instead of typing on a phone.
Fewer rejected claims
Claim lines will be checked against the participant’s plan, service agreement and the current NDIS Pricing Schedule before the bulk payment request file is built, so errors are fixed first.
You stay in control
Nothing is filed, sent or claimed without a person approving it, and every suggestion and decision is written to the audit log.
How Axis AI works
- Step 1Something happens
A shift ends, an incident is logged or a claim batch is prepared in CompanionAxis.
- Step 2Axis AI prepares
It drafts the note, suggestion or check from the participant’s record.
- Step 3A person approves
The worker, team leader or coordinator accepts, edits or rejects it.
- Step 4Logged
The suggestion, the decision and who made it are written to the audit log.

Nothing will be filed without a person
Axis AI is designed only to prepare work. Signing a note, notifying the NDIS Commission, publishing a roster or submitting a claim always takes a person with the right role. Models will run in Australian-hosted infrastructure, and your participants’ data will never be used to train them.
- Human approval for every action
- Australian-hosted models
- No training on customer data
- Every suggestion in the audit log
What’s included
6 features
- Note drafting from voice or dot pointsWill draft a progress note against the participant’s goals from a voice memo or a few lines, so workers edit and sign rather than write from scratch.
- Note quality checksWill flag notes that are too short, miss goal progress or contain language that should be reviewed, before a team leader reads them.
- Incident classification suggestionsWill suggest whether an incident may be reportable to the NDIS Commission and which category applies, for your quality team to confirm.
- Roster gap-filling suggestionsWill suggest available, qualified workers the participant knows for an open shift, ranked by availability, travel and hours already worked.
- Claim error predictionWill spot claim lines likely to be rejected, such as a wrong support item, an exhausted budget or a date outside the service booking, before submission.
- Budget forecastingWill project each support category’s spend to the end of the plan from the current roster, so coordinators act before funds run out.
