Fill every shift with the right worker, first time
Availability, qualifications, preferences and budgets checked as you roster.
You cover sick calls in minutes instead of an hour on the phone. The roster shows who is available, qualified, matched to the participant and within hours, and open shifts go out to eligible workers in one step.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Sick calls covered in minutes
Open shifts go to available, qualified workers by push notification, and the first to accept is rostered.
The right worker for each participant
Qualifications, training, gender preference and participant history are checked as you assign, so mismatches are caught first.
Fewer overtime surprises
Hours, breaks and overtime under SCHADS are shown as you roster, so cost is known before the shift.
What it looks like day to day the people, places and moments this is built for.
What gets in the way today
Coordinators call worker after worker to fill a single shift.
Expired credentials, missing training and participant preferences are checked by memory, if at all.
Broken shifts, overtime and minimum engagements only show up after the roster has been worked.
A roster you trust before it is worked
- Open shifts filled from the app, not the phone
- No worker rostered with an expired check
- Late check-ins flagged as they happen
- Overtime visible before the roster is published
- Participant preferences respected on every shift

Can workers swap shifts themselves?
Workers can request swaps and offer shifts on the app. Coordinators approve them, and eligibility checks run before the swap is confirmed.
Does it check worker screening before a shift?
Yes. Worker Screening Check, WWCC and other required credentials are recorded with expiry dates, and workers with an expired credential are blocked from shifts that require it. Direct verification with screening units is coming soon.
