See which shifts make money and which plans are running out
Utilisation, budgets, margin, workforce and incident reports from the work already recorded.
You run the organisation from current figures, not month-end spreadsheets. Shifts, timesheets, invoices, claims and incidents already sit in CompanionAxis, so budget utilisation per participant, gross margin per shift and overtime by team are ready when you open them, and can be scheduled or exported for your board and auditor.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Know your margin on every shift
Pay cost under the SCHADS Award, including super paid each pay run, is compared with the NDIS price billed, so unprofitable shifts and support types are visible.
Catch plans before they run out
Budget utilisation per participant and support category shows who is under- or over-spending while there is time to act.
Audit evidence on request
Incident, workforce and service delivery reports export ready for your Practice Standards audit.

Can we see budget utilisation for each participant?
Yes. Spend against each plan budget by support category, with projected spend to the plan end date, so coordinators can act before a budget runs out.
How is gross margin per shift worked out?
By comparing the workerβs pay cost for the shift, including SCHADS penalties, allowances and travel, with the price billed for it under the NDIS Pricing Schedule.
Can reports be sent automatically?
Yes. Any report can be scheduled to arrive by email daily, weekly or monthly, and exported to Excel or PDF.
How current are the figures?
As current as the record. Reports are generated when you open them, from the same shifts, invoices and incidents your team is working on.
