Turn a quote into signed, scheduled supports
SIL quotes, rosters of care and service proposals that become service agreements and schedules of supports.
You move from enquiry to delivery without retyping anything. Build the quote from the NDIS Support Catalogue and current Pricing Schedule, send it as a service proposal, convert it into a service agreement with a schedule of supports, and collect the e-signature, so the supports you roster are the supports that were agreed.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Quotes out the same day
Support items, rates and hours come from the Support Catalogue and your templates, so a coordinator can send a proposal while the enquiry is still warm.
Agreements signed without paper
Participants, nominees and guardians sign service agreements electronically, and the signed copy is stored on the participant record.
Delivery matches what was agreed
The schedule of supports in the signed agreement sets what can be rostered and billed, so services and invoices stay inside the agreement.

Lay out the week in the home: who is on shift, which hours are shared and at what ratio, which are one-to-one, and where sleepovers and active nights fall. CompanionAxis prices each participant’s share from the current NDIS Pricing Schedule and produces the quote and Roster of Care your team can submit and then roster against.
- Shared and individual hours by ratio
- Sleepovers and active nights priced separately

- Annual and weekly totals

Can we build SIL quotes and rosters of care?
Yes. Lay out the home’s week with shared and individual hours, ratios, sleepovers and active nights, and CompanionAxis prices each participant’s share from the Pricing Schedule version you choose.
What happens to quotes when NDIS prices change?
Each quote records the Pricing Schedule version it used. You can reprice open quotes and agreements against the new version, and the previous version is kept.
Can participants sign service agreements electronically?
Yes. Agreements are sent for e-signature to the participant, nominee or guardian, with reminders, and the signed copy is stored on their record.
Does the agreement limit what we can bill?
The schedule of supports sets the support items, quantities and rates that rostering and invoicing work from, and lines outside the agreement are flagged before they are invoiced.
