NDIS, private and DVA funding are tracked per participant, so you know which source pays for each support.
Plan changes do not catch you out
Plan end dates and reassessments are tracked, with reminders to update budgets and agreements before the new plan starts.

See where each budget will land before it gets there
For each support category, CompanionAxis adds what has been delivered and invoiced to what is already rostered, and projects the balance at the plan end date. If a participant’s Core budget will run out in March on the current pattern, the coordinator sees it in October and can talk with the participant and their support coordinator while there are still options.

- Projected balance at plan end
- Alerts when spending outpaces the plan period
- Roster changes reflected in the forecast immediately

Do you handle plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes. Funding management type is set per participant or support category. NDIA-managed supports are claimed through the bulk payment request file, and plan-managed and self-managed supports are invoiced to the plan manager or participant.
Can we track private and DVA funding?
Yes. Each participant can have several funding sources with their own budgets and rates. Support at Home funding for aged care is coming soon.
What happens when NDIS prices change?
Prices are set by the NDIS Pricing Schedule and Support Catalogue, reviewed through the NDIA’s Annual Pricing Review, with mid-year changes such as the increases from 1 December 2026. Updated price limits are loaded into CompanionAxis, and forecasts and quotes use the new rates from their effective date.
