Connected to the NDIA, your books and your payroll
Claims go to the NDIA, invoices go to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, and approved hours go to payroll without anyone re-typing a shift. More connections are on the way.
Every integration we list as live is in use: it moves data between CompanionAxis and the other system from the screen your team is already working in. Anything not yet built is marked coming soon.

Integration questions
Which integrations are live today?
NDIA bulk payment request files with remittance import, Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks for invoices and payments, and payroll exports to Employment Hero (KeyPay), Xero Payroll and MYOB. Everything else on this page is coming soon.
Can CompanionAxis claim directly from the NDIA?
Today it builds the bulk payment request file for you to upload in the my NDIS provider portal, and imports the remittance. Direct claiming through NDIA APIs is coming soon.
Do payroll exports support Payday Super?
Yes. Approved hours export per pay run, so your payroll system can calculate super and report it through Single Touch Payroll each pay run.
Who sets up an integration?
Our implementation team, with you. You authorise the connection, and we map accounts, pay items and support items, then test before go-live.
Can you integrate with a system that isn’t listed?
Tell us what you use. Requests from customers shape which integrations we build next.
