Fill every visit and claim every kilometre
From booking to check-in, shift note and claim, on the support worker’s phone.
You deliver more funded hours with fewer phone calls. Coordinators roster visits against each participant’s service booking, workers check in by GPS and write notes on the app, and travel, cancellations and delivered hours flow into invoices and NDIS claims.
Free for 14 days, with rostering, the support worker app, progress notes and NDIS invoicing. Set it up yourself online.
What changes for you
Fewer unfilled visits
Open shifts go to available, qualified workers who know the participant, so coordinators stop ringing down a list.
Travel and kilometres claimed
Provider travel time and kilometres are captured from the visit, so they reach both payroll and the claim under the current NDIS Pricing Schedule rules.
Budgets that do not run out early
Each visit draws down the participant’s support category budget, so you see an overspend coming months before plan review.
What it looks like day to day the people, places and moments this is built for.
What gets in the way today
Coordinators spend their day ringing workers to cover sick calls and last-minute changes.
Paper timesheets make it hard to confirm when a worker arrived, how long they stayed and how far they drove.
Short-notice cancellations and provider travel are often missed when invoices are built by hand.
Coordinators spend the day coordinating
- Sick-call cover sent to eligible workers in one step
- Visit times confirmed by check-in, not by memory
- Kilometres reach payroll and the claim from the same record
- Plan-managed invoices sent the day after the visit
- Budget alerts raised before a category runs out

Can we start without a long implementation?
Yes. In-home and community providers can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card, import participants and workers, and roster the first week themselves. We help with data migration on paid plans.
How are travel and cancellations claimed?
Travel time, kilometres and cancellations are recorded against the visit. CompanionAxis adds the matching support items when they meet the current NDIS Pricing Schedule rules, and you can review every line before the claim file is built.
What changes for unregistered providers in 2027?
From 1 January 2027, unregistered providers have lower price limits for Social, Community and Civic Participation supports. CompanionAxis applies the price limit that matches your registration status, so your claims stay within the limit that applies to you.
