Aged care — Support at Home

Deliver Support at Home on the system you already use

A Support at Home configuration of CompanionAxis is coming soon.

Support at Home started on 1 November 2025. Providers that deliver both NDIS and aged care services at home will roster, document and bill Support at Home clients from the same platform, with client budgets and claiming through the Services Australia APIs configured for the program.

What it will change for you

One system for NDIS and aged care

Workers will see NDIS participants and aged care clients on the same roster and app.

Client budgets kept current

Each service will draw down the client’s quarterly budget as it is delivered, so balances and contributions are always known.

Records for aged care audits

Notes, incidents and care plans will be kept for audit under the aged care quality standards.

What it looks like day to day the people, places and moments this is built for.

The problem

What gets in the way today

Two systems for one workforce

Running aged care on a separate system means double rostering and double timesheets.

A new program to absorb

Support at Home brought new budgets, contributions and claiming that older systems were not built for.

Families want visibility

Clients and families expect to see services and spending.

How CompanionAxis gets you there
