Pull medication information for one participant or one house from the eMAR screens and export it.
Before you begin
- Your role can view medication charts.
One participant
- Open People → All participants, the participant, then Medication.
- The tab shows Current medications, Given today, Due or overdue and Refused, missed or withheld, the Current medication chart and Today’s eMAR.
- Use Export on the chart to download it as Excel, CSV or PDF.
- Select Open eMAR to see the full medication page filtered to that participant.
One house
- Go to Care → Medication and eMAR. On Medication round, pick the house chip; switch to Yesterday to review the previous day.
- On Medication charts, PRN register and Stock and counts, search or filter the lists and use Export.
What you can export
- Current medication charts: every active, on hold and unverified medicine.
- PRN register: PRN doses from the last 7 days with reasons, workers and effects.
- Stock on hand and Counts and handovers: stock levels, days left and discrepancies.
- Pharmacy and prescriber charts: chart uploads and their status.
Notes on health-sensitive data
- Medicine names and PRN reasons are hidden (shown as Restricted) for roles without health access, and exports follow the same rule.
- Choose PDF in Export for a printable copy for the participant’s file.
Tips
- Exports are recorded in the audit log.
If something goes wrong
I need more than 7 days of PRN history.
The PRN register on screen covers 7 days. Ask an administrator about a server export.
There is no medication report in Insights → Report library.
Medication reporting is from the lists above for now.
