Axis AI is in early access. It drafts notes, checks quality and makes suggestions that a person approves; it does not yet answer questions about your data. Until it does, use the report library, dashboards and exports.
Before you begin
- Axis AI is an add-on in early access. Your organisation must be accepted into early access before Insights → Axis AI opens.
What the Axis AI preview shows today
- Select Insights → Axis AI. Without early access you see “Axis AI isn’t available for your organisation yet”.
- With early access, open Approval queue to approve or reject suggestions (note drafts, incident classification, roster fill, claim risk, budget forecast). Nothing is filed, sent or claimed until a person selects Approve.
- Open Note drafting to turn dot points into a draft progress note.
- Open Settings to turn each feature on or off, and Usage log to see every suggestion and who decided it.
There is no question box for asking about your data in Axis AI today.
Get answers from your data now
- Go to Insights → Report library and pick the report closest to your question (see Overview of the standard reports).
- Set the period and region, team or house, and group the report the way you need.
- Export the detail table to Excel to slice it further (see Exporting reports to Excel, CSV and PDF).
- Pin the figures you check often on a dashboard in Insights → Custom dashboards: select New dashboard, name it, then Add widget.
Ask to join early access
- Go to Settings → Plan and billing and find Axis AI in the Add-ons card.
- Select Notify me to register interest, or ask your account manager.
Tips
- Axis AI does not train on customer data, and every suggestion and decision is kept in the audit log.
If something goes wrong
Axis AI is missing from the Insights menu
The page is hidden when the module is not available to your organisation or your role. Ask an administrator.
“Turned off” when using a feature
Your organisation has turned that Axis AI feature off in its settings.
