How are sleepovers and active nights handled?
They are their own shift types. A sleepover carries the sleepover allowance for the worker and the matching billing for the participant, and any active time the worker records overnight is paid and claimed on top. Rostering and scheduling →
What happens when a participant cancels at short notice?
The coordinator records the cancellation, the reason and when notice was given. Whether it can be billed is worked out against the current NDIS Pricing Schedule rules, and the worker’s pay follows your award and policy settings. Rostering and scheduling →
Can workers pick up shifts themselves?
